Living with anxiety/fear can feel like you are constantly on a roller coaster – never knowing when the next wave of intense emotion is coming. Our body perceives life events as threats. It can feel like we are always in a state of stress. In our group coaching sessions we will help you to learn how to re-frame yourself, your life and even your anxiety. Workshops will also include a range of meditation techniques, compassion training and goal setting skills to help you take your next step towards freedom. You are not alone!
